EMPLOYMENT:
- The sludge thickener finds a correct employment every time the separated sludge through some cones needs to be thicker to allow the transport and the disposal.
ADVANTAGES:
- The assembling, completely in stainless steel AISI 316, makes it apt to treat all kind of sewage also in presence of acids or other aggressive chemicals.
- The functioning, completely automatic, allows a cost very low.
FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION:
- The level probe placed in the hopper of the sludge entrance draw under the level a new quantity of sludges.
- During the phase of filling is necessary dose a polyelettrolita.
- The conveyor at the inside brings the sludge to the drippling area and with an alternate movement forwards and reverse it causes a mixing wich gets more and more thick dragging towards the exit.
- The separated water gets conducted into the appropriate vat where can be feed again in some other part of the closed circuit.
- The sludges can be put in cloth bags or other containers adaptable for the transport.
- The control keyboard type touch-screen allows the programming of the hours and days when the system must work.
