EMPLOYMENT:
- The system is suitable to pour off the liquid chemical weighed directly in storage and feed it into the drum at the desired kg. or into weighed vat for blends preparation.
- We advise this solution for flexibility and reduction of times for the pouring off.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Weighing in storage: by structure with load cells
- Weighed vat in stainless steel AISI 316
- Electrical feeding: 220/380 V, 3 phases, 2 kw
- Compressed air feeding: 6-8 bar
FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION:
- From unit control keyboard the operator choises:
- drum or weighed vat to feed with chemical; obviously the choise is produced by the opportunity or less to effect a blend
- chemical to feed
- kg. of this chemical
- At this point all starts and the chemical reaches the drum or the vat with right programmed washings.
- At the end of operation all stops automatically
