EMPLOYMENT:
- The system is suitable to pour off the liquid chemical directly weighed in storage, feed it into the drum at the desired kg. or into service vat near the drum.
- We advise this solution for small, medium or large quantities.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Weighing: with load cells (from 1 to 4 according to the capacity)
- Electrical feeding: 220/380 V, 2 phases, 0,5 kw
- Compressed air feeding: 6-8 bar
FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION:
- From unit control keyboard the operator choises:
- chemical to feed
- kg. of chemical to feed
- drum to feed with this chemical
- push "start" push-botton
- At this point, automatically starts the pump, starts the kg. counter to feed, the valve relative to the selected drum and chemical opens; at the reaching of selected kg. all stops automatically.
- The system is able to feed simultaneously more chemicals al long as not placed on the same weighing structure.
