EMPLOYMENT:
- Normally each drum has an auxiliary service vat.
- Provide this vat of a electronic weighing system represents most flexible form for the work to the drums.
- You can have the maximum advantage of this solution provides also the drum of "SMART DRUM" microprocessor in order to obtain:
- automatic execution of the recipes
- automatic weighing of chemicals
- exact feeding of chemicals in drum
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Weighing system with load cells
- SMART DRUM feeding: electrical power 0,5 Kw 220/380 Volt, compressed air 7 bar
- Collector and chemicals valves in suitable materials to chemicals to treat with diameters from 1/2" to 2"
- Weighing system delivery from 100 Kg to 3000 Kg
FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION:
- The chemicals are pumped by pneumatic or centrifugal pumps from storage tanks to pipes correspondent to single chemicals.
- On the service vats to the drums is placed the collector with the valves of chemicals arrival.
- From control keyboard of SMART DRUM, further all the drum controls, you can execute:
- selection of desired chemical
- selection of desired kg.
- Automatically you have the start of an eventual pump of chemicals storage and the opening of the valve concerning that chemical.
- At the reaching of selected weight all stops automatically.
- In the same way you can draw another chemical to make a blend or the dilution water.
- Automatically the blend was agitate for the time programmed and at the end of agitation the chemical can be discharged in drum.
- When the chemical is completely fed opens the washing water.
- All these operation can be executed in autonomous way by SMART DRUM if this is loaded with a recipe to execute.
