EMPLOYMENT:
- The plant foresee to pour off the liquid chemical directly from storage, measure it with magnetic meter and send it directly into the drum or into drum service vat.
- We advise this solution for small and large quantities.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Chemical measuring: magnetic, precision 0,2%
- Electrical feeding: 220/380 Volt 0,5 kw
- Compressed air feeding: 6-8 bar
FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION:
- From distribution management switchboard the operator select:
- the chemical to feed
- the litres of chemical to feed
- the drum where feed this chemical
- push the START push-botton
- At this point the pump starts automatically.
- Starts the metering of the litres, the valve related to the selected drum opens and at the reaching of given litres everything stops automatically (pump, valve, meter).
