EMPLOYMENT:
- The plant can be utilized every time there is one or more liquid chemicals to feed in drum.
- The quantity is measured in the service vat.
- We advise this solution for medium quantities every adding 50 - 200 lt. as is resolved problem of the manual enliven of these quantities.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- All pneumatic functioning
- Compressed air feeding 7 bar
- Pneumatic valves and pumps with materials suitable to chemicals to use
FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION:
- Chemicals are pumped by pneumatic pumps placed on storage tanks in pipes correspondent to single chemicals.
- On the service vats to the drums are placed the valves each chemicals and the control push-botton.
- The operator, at the moment of the pouring off, push the pneumatic push-botton correspondent to the chemicals to pour off.
- Automatically the valve opens and the pump starts.
- At the reaching of desired litres, controlled on graduate pole of the vat, the operator release the push-botton, the pump stops and the pneumatic valve closes.
- If necessary the operator can effect a diluition with water using the same vat.
