EMPLOYMENT:
This type of unit is used when is required to feed the drums with water already in temperature.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Water feeding from 1 to 6 bar
- Electrical feeding: 220/380 Volt 2 phases 0,5 Kw
- Compressed air feeding: 6 - 8 bar
- Water measuring: with magnetic meter without gear in motion
- Distributing valve to the drums: pneumatic, butterfly, double acting, plate in AISI 304
- Electrical switchboard with PLC keyboard control for units management.
FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION:
- Select the drum to feed with water
- Select desired quantity among two possible options:
- with meter: selected the desired quantity in litres the valve concerning the drum opens and starts the litres counter and at the reaching of the selected litres all stops automatically;
- at time: selected the feeding minutes the valve concerning the drum opens, starts the time counter and at the reaching of preselected value all stops automatically.
