EMPLOYMENT:
The plant for direct mixing of hot water with cold water is used when is required to feed the water at the right temperature and quantity to drums or paddles of tannery in working process phases.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Cold water feeding from 1 to 6 bar
- Hot water feeding from 1 to 6 bar
- Electrical feeding: 220/380 Volt 2 phases 0,5 Kw
- Compressed air feeding: 6 - 8 bar fitting 1/2"
- Magnetic meter without gear in motion
- Pneumatic, butterfly, double acting valves plate in AISI 304
- Double probes of functioning and checking
- Piping in AISI 304
FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION:
- Select desired temperatures.
- Select desired quantity among two possible options: meter, time.
- At this point the mixing unit, on position correspondent to desired temperature, opens the recycle valve, controls the temperature and, if necessary, effects the corrections; when the temperature is reached feeds the water into the preselected drum and starts the quantity counter.
- When the selected quantity has been reached, automatically it will stop.
- From keyboard with control screen it is possible work manually all the mixing unit controls selecting the manual functioning and following the instructions on the screen.
- This allows to feed water to the drums also in case of unit anomalies.
- The unit can have two control points in order to reduce the shifts of operator on the platform.
